As far as how I currently feel.. Well, after trying both current scripts I am back to vBulletin 3.8.x series.
I do like what IPB is doing recently, they are really listening to their clients, I really like to social media integration it has. I hope vBulletin catches up with the top networks before their not the top anymore.. eg how myspace was big, now it has dropped way off in activity. I like one mod in particular, IP.Content. I thought it was amazing, you have a lot of things you can do with it and unlike vBulletin, IPB is using the same script you can but, as their whole website.

The reason I went back to vBulletin was for 1: vBSEO, IPB fURL's are nice, but I'm spoiled with vbseo, nothing compares IMO.
2: vbulletin.org, the IPB modding community just didn't feel the same as vB's. I can find just about anything possible at the ORg, it seems the ipb modding community isn't as creative.
3: I know vBulletin very well, and why fix something that isn't broken. I know/knew I could run a successful vBulletin forum, IPB is so new (to me) that it would take me a year to know the backend like I do vB.

One more thing I really like about IPB is the admin search option in the admin panel. It's live search, like in google if you start typing a phrase, it'll try and guess what you're going to type. IPB has that and it's to sections for the backend.
