ya I have six pack but it is get by hard work in gym and eat some diet food so i have six pack and do you have ? if you have no six pack so don't be sad because it's so easy way to get six packs eat some diet food and go to gym for health .

Actually building the muscle goes, your best bet is sit ups or crunches.However, sit-ups are actually rather bad for your lower back, so crunches are the best bet.You need to eat more and try always eat healthy product. Nothing will be more important than that right there. On top of eating a crapload more, you also need to workout to make sure that caloric intake gets turned into muscle and not fat. So however much you eat now, double that in servings.

Nope i have 120 kilos and i myself i'm not addicted to a perfect body as i know my mind counts the most ...
