Snoring is indicative of a situation wherein we don’t get enough oxygen. It has been thought that snoring is a mere sign of fatigue. Just get enough rest and snoring is sure to fade away. Not so. Or, just lying down to your side will drive the snores away. That sounds too easy, but does it really? Dealing with snoring can take drastic measures like surgery. Nice post,
Having sleep apnea affects the health of our sleeping partners as well. This is due to the disturbance we cause in their sleep, causing them to suffer from sleep deprivation as well leading to their tiredness and grumpiness and being unfocused all throughout the day. |
