Good eating is also effective in skin care, eating right kind of food is mote than eating any medicine. Eating raw foods , yellow and orange vegetable. Eat high fiber snacks like nuts, seed and dried fruit. Wash your face trice a day, avoid to touching your face again and again.

Skin is most sensitive thing of human body, which fully cover it. It is very important to care it. Skin care is taking in different ways. That like face and other sensitive area which want more care. Sometimes if not taken care of skin than it will dead and give pain. And make person to bed looking.
