So the best shot to stay healthy during the winter, make sure you have at least three servings of vegetables every day, and two servings of fresh fruit, get plenty of sleep, Take multi-vitamins, the other important thing you need to to do is warm clothes.

If you want to fight colds and exhaust, washing hands regularly throughout the day. Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water, not hot. Apply a generous amount of soap and rub hands and fingers around the top and nails in 30 seconds. Clean with soap until your forearms and elbows. Rinse well, some will not be soap. Dry hands thoroughly. If you have a public toilet, wash your hands the same way as above, and drain on kitchen paper. Use paper to the closed and open the door to the bathroom. Throw the paper into the trash when you leave.

Stay hydrated thing - the air in winter can be very dry. I have a hygrometer on the wall showing massive drops of moisture in cold climates and is cold and dry it receives. It is recommended that knowledge of the fluid supply when the weather is very low.

Physical activity reduces the coming winter, as always, remain at a comfortable temperature in our house. Since it is difficult to escape, try to use at home every day. A better option would be to go to a gym that allows you to socialize a bit.

Thanks to you all for giving this information. I think you have to eat more protein and vitamins contained food to get more energy. Keep yourself active by walking and exercising everyday it makes you more healthy. To keep ourself healthy the way is in our own hand.

Bathroom hand-washing with soap and warm water after use before each meal. To be sure you really wash viruses and bacteria, you have been in touch with the hot water, really scrub your hands for at least 60 seconds...
