For the skin care always clean your skin with the fresh water as many time as you can,oil massage and regular skin clean up is required,Protect it from the excess sun exposure and pollution.Drink plenty of water,Eat fruits and milk is also best for the skin care.

For making your skin healthy and glowing, its necessary to drink more penalty of water daily. Always protect your skin from sun burn whenever you go outside, apply sun's cream lotion with better SPF, to protect skin by UV rays. Don't take so much stress, uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive, causes acne and pimples.

Skin is the largest organ of our body and its is very important to take care of skin. protect your skin from sunlight,pollution and dust particle. Eat more fruits and green vegetable. Gently massage your skin. Wash your face 3-5 times in a day. Do Yoga and meditation in morning as these helps in making skin healthy and glow and also helps in reducing the wrinkles and dark spots.Take a nice sleep of 7-8 hours and drink plenty of water.

For Skin care you have to be very sure with so many things like in diet you have to take the fresh and healthy green vegetables,proteins,milk in your diet.Fruits are best for the shiny skin.Drink plenty of water.Take sufficient Sleep and go for the regular clean up.

As you know skin is very important and one major part of our body. We should take general care of skin. We should take more water. Rub any good cream so skin does not become dry. We should use good type of soap according to your skin nature. You should wash your face at least twice in a day. Eat more fruits, milk, vegetables.

Keep hydrated at all times. This is one of the top skin care, and more important. Keep it dry. Use moisturizers. Moisturisers best results when it is applied when the skin is still damp. Drink plenty of water. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Water helps to hydrate the body, helps to rid toxins from the body and also helps maintain proper blood pressure.

I love my skin and i am always can take care of my skin very well. There are so many skin care products are available in market which is best products. Always drink a lots of water. Eat more fruits and green vegetables. Always take a skin massage.
