weight losing is very crucial thing & one must deal with their wellness. People must be aware about how much as excess fat is bad for the good health to carry certain issues. So,to reduce it you must so the workout & yoga are the best one to do.

to lose weight is a very hard thing to do. it requires discipline. you must watch out for your food intake and do exercise regularly.

If you want to reduce weight loss so you can join Jim and do regular exercise. Also yoga is one type of exercise. Regular yoga can maintain your body muscle and helpful for reduce weight loss. Avoid junk food and alcohol.

I think that if a human do daily exercise and more drink water. The additional is to act the doctor advice, Decrease the amount of calories from body. Also drink green tea so it is very useful for you to weight loss.

These are some tips for losing weight.
1.change your diet plan,eat vegetables and avoid oily foods.
2.Drink fresh juices like oranges and lemon juices.
3.Drink maximum water, it is helpful in controlling weigh.t
4.Add green tea in your diet.
5.Do exercise daily it is necessary.
6.Running,cycling,swimming,jumping etc are some good exercise
7.Avoid stress and depression.

best thing to keep you fit and help you in loosing weight is
agvoid use of oily and junk food
avoid use of sugar too much switch to sugar free
have regular exercises in gym
and have the yoga classes
use green tea its very helpful in loosing weight
