There are to many different editor softwares available for doing HTML coding such as,
Dreamweaver
Notepad++

Gedit text editor

It is a fact that dreamweaver is a good software for website designing, but there are also other software for this purpose like Coffee cup, HTML editor itself, Notepad++ and a lot of them are there. Many of them are even free through which a person can make the website, whereas dreamweaver comes with a 15 day trial version and is not free.
