These all are very useful tips for diabetic. One of my relative also suffering from this disease. He is always use Neem leaf everyday. I will suggest him to visit this thread. I think he will get more benefits from it.

Well, control of diabetes can be achieved, or you can manage your diabetes by controlling blood glucose levels levels.Controlling sugar intake does not mean that people with diabetes should avoid sugar completely. A bit of sugar required to tune the energy cells of the body. Small intake of sugar, you can manage your cravings for sweets. Maintain a balanced diet can help manage diabetes and stay healthy.

Not deviate from standard procedures of control. Most manufacturers give you a complete demonstration or written instructions on how to go about testing. When using a particular counter, be sure to use strips that are compatible with the meter. Use management solutions, is one of the best ways to ensure that test strips are accurate. When you buy a new box of test strips, make a random inspection of a tape with the recording solution. This is sufficient to determine the accuracy of the strip. Do not use the strips were exposed to the atmosphere for long periods or who have been kept open for a period of time.

Very usefull tips, But you neee to follow these also,
1 Concentrate on weight
2 Lower your blood sugar
3 Boosts your sensitivity to insulin
4 Reduce your risk of diabetes by improving your blood sugar control
5 Promote weight loss by helping you feel full
6 Foods high in fiber include fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts and seeds.

Now a days most of the people having the problem of diabetes,It will caused by hypertension,or excess weight.some tips for that

1) Daily go for walking.
2) Dont eat too much of sweet.
3) Reduce your weight if it is out of range.
4) Regular check up of blood and urine.
5) Live tension free life.

Some tips to control Diabetes are given below:

1: To maintain your weight in a healthy range.
2: Choose healthy foods low in calories, like fruits, vegetables and a variety of foods low in sugar.
3: People with diabetes should eat between the time intervals in the morning breakfast, lunch, dinner and some snakes.
