1)Avoid sugar in the tea and coffee,
2)Avoid eating sweet.
3)Habit of walking early in the morning.
4)Keep control on your diet.

2) avoid eating sweets.

These tips are very useful for diabetics. A family member also suffers from this disease. It is always the use of neem leaf daily. I advised him to visit this thread. I think it will get more benefits.

100 g of wheat Gum100 g, 100 g barley, 100 g of seeds blacks. Take five cups of water, mix all ingredients and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Water filter and a bottle shop, take a half cup of this water on an empty stomach in the morning, seven days next week to repeat the same thing a few days, you need two weeks to see results.

Carrying out blood glucose tests at home with a test kit and a glucose meter is the most handy option as you can keep a tab of your blood glucose levels.Walking and regular exercise is the best way or the controlling a diabetic.

According to me, chewing neem leaves early in the morning is a good way. Smoking and drinking may aggravate the symptoms, so it should be avoided. You have to take bitter gourd juice in the early morning. There is a regular light exercise such as walking.
