NOKIA 6300 software has been corrupted!!!!

my nokia 6300's software has been corrupted, so how can i re-install the software? please help me

If you have previously updated your software to your current version, you should be able to use NSU to redownload and reinstall. Always remember to backup your phone before performing resets as your data may be lost.

First try these
1) *#7780# - Restore factory settings - resets all the settings to the default
2) *#7370# - Reformat your phone

The first reset just resets it to factory default while the second reinstalls the firmware from the ROM. It should not brick your phone as it is the exact firmware that your phone left the factory with.

As for me, got to Nokia customer support services as soon as possible!

my nokia 6300 is not applying any themes nor downloaded nor the default themes in it..i'v updated its version to V 7.21. Stil its not improved stil "themes corrupted"..plz suggest a solution
