Tenant Wants To Break The Lease

I signed a lease with a tenant in September for one year in Florida. I received an email informing me of the tenant they buy a house and move next mount after only four months in the lease. There is no termination clause of the lease and the tenant is responsible for rent until the lease expires if they break. What are my options? It is very unfair in today's market. If I pursue the tenant, what are my chances to rent throughout the lease term, or until I rent the house.

According to the rules they rerent property as long such time as you are responsible for rent. The estate after they hire the appropriate blank strive. You have a contract with them and they are bound.
