Is anyone a fan of conspiracy theories? I'm working on one for PageRank...

Google has wanted for a long to stop exporting the PageRank to the toolbar. Problem with that is, if they just flat-out stop doing it, people will just move on to something else, something not created by Google. So they stop it, and just update a few handful of pages here and there so the rest of us will have hope of ever seeing an update. But most sites created after April '10 will not see anything greater than a PR0. By updating only a few pages every month, they guarantee that people will continue to talk about it (Google and PageRank) for years to come. They made sure that some of the updates were from high pageranks down to zero to ensure some people would definitely say something publicly.

Google has cleverly invented public relations to create a profitable business, to take advantage of, and successfully diverted away from noise and valuation creation of site quality and content of the quality of the real formula. This is an extension, but it is possible. Remember, I do not have any professional advantage of link building programs or manuals in the directory listing more than a few do more.
