Nokia N73 (Non-video calling edition)

Readers,

This happens to be my first post, as i share with you my grieviances towards my mobile phone. I purchased a Nokia N73 (Standard Edition) and i came to realise that the secondary camera on the front is not even supported with 3G (Video calling). I tried calling Nokia Customer care to discuss the issue, but to no avail, yet i keep on seeing messages posted online prompting saying i have to update it.
I later realise that even if i update my phone to a new firmware version, i wont have the Video Call feature installed, instead, i will be able to install Unsigned application and even do away with restrictions during installation.

Can someone guide me further on what to do to have Video Call feature installed in my phone????
