godaddy and paypal verified with VCC problem !!

hello ,

Well as the title say .I have a paypal account which is verified with A vcc from a vcc vendor And whenever i try to purchase anything from godaddy it always says " add a credit/debit card in order to process this transaction" something like this .so i want to know what can i do ?? and yes i have balance in my PP .. and it shows Verified in my paypal account too ..

Is the vcc u added still valid its better to use some other registrar rather than godaddy
