I saw it at the NY auto show. Ford would have to undercut the Chrysler 300 as Chyrsler has a more upscale image than Ford, so I would guess it will be in the same ballpark as the Dodge Charger (comparably equipped, of course).

For what it's worth, I doubt you'll ever see this car unless there are major changes, it's really long (much longer than aforementioned Chrysler/Dodge). It looks cool, but the 300 is a much more manageable size, and still pretty large.
