Garmin Mobile XT for Samsung i617 namely blackjack II, i550w (symbian), i780 and the new i900



As Samsung released Samsung Mobile Navigator (= Garmin Mobile XT) which designed for European & American i780s, it opens new chance for users in other part of the world to use this popular software.

Follow step by steps and you’ll work it out:

1. Download Samsung Mobile Navigator

2. Install it to your device (NOTE: after you finished installing, it will prompt you to register for free trial…pls DO NOT ACTIVATE for trial period)

3. It will then prompt for serial key. Skip this one, and click continue. Then if you see signal bar on the left side of your screen, then you are half done

4. Search for Garmin MAP for your area. I have uploaded many Maps in this thread Copy this GMAPSUPP.img to your installation folder (i.e. \Storage Card\Garmin)
Garmin by default will only read one .img file

5. Download Garmin Mobile XT keygen

6. Go to Tools/Settings then go bellow & click “About” & note down your ESN No & then exit Garmin.

7. Now we have to unlock Garmin Mobile XT so open Garmin Unlock Generator & enter your ESN No as shown bellow



8. Copy the device unlock code and paste it in a notepad, then save the file as SW.UNL (make sure that the file name should be SW.UNL & not SW.UNL.TXT)

9. Reconnect your phone/memory to your computer.

10. Copy the SW.UNL file into \Garmin folder

11. Then copy gmapsupp.img file into \Garmin folder (i.e. \Storage Card\Garmin)
(You have to unlock your map then only you can use it, just follow the instruction as shown below)



12. Copy the map unlock code and paste it in a notepad, then save the file as GMAPSUPP.UNL (make sure that the file name should be GMAPSUPP.UNL & not GMAPSUPP.UNL.TXT)

13. Copy the GMAPSUPP.UNL file into \Garmin folder

Restart your mobile and enjoy your newly installed Samsung Garmin!
