- I hate having lactose intolerance symptoms. Every time I drink milk or eat ice cream, I always get a really bad stomach ache. I wish I could eat whatever I wanted. Having to follow a lactose intolerance diet is really hard, especially when you see your friends eating everything they want to eat all the time. I wish there is some type of permanent treatment for lactose intolerance. If there is, sign me up!
