By view the source page of a website one can easily determine that site is no-follow or not.

I only know that we can see the this do follow and no follow word in source file of that site in relation option. And for that you have to open source page by right click on site page and it view source option.

No follow links can be checked buy Source file as well as there are lots of adons for firefox to do this.
