Eye fatigue, a lot of things to do for a long time, so focus on something distant focus at the same distance, the results show that most people usually flashes when you have half of a computer. So if you can find the opportunity to paint your walls, choose bright colors and pastels to create a calm atmosphere.

Eye strain has a lot to do with focusing at the same distance for long periods of time so focus on something far away, this will help keep your eyes from straining too much and most importantly try to blink more often. Its been proven that most people blink less than half as much as they do normally when they are on the computer.

Interesting topic, Very useful and nice information, I am also working on computer almost 10 to 12 hours in a day and suffering same problem. Nowadays I start to wearing glasses and wash my eye every two-three hours. In the evening time wear the eye belt. Drink everyday fresh fruit Juice and green vegetable Juice. That's really nice for my eye and get the relax from this eye beating.
