There are plenty of ways to take care of our skin. In my experience vitamins play a vital role for our skin. What do we get a meal and fruits. Vitamin C is very fruitful and fascinating for oily skin and acne, we can get from orange, lemon food. So eat more lime.

Hello all buddies here,
I wanna ask a question for my oily skin...???
I can't have any kind of the drinking and also drink water on regular basis in excess quantity... What can I do for my oily skin and have the good one and perfect one skin....???
Any comment's or suggestion's most welcomed and appreciated....

Your information about skin care is really nice and useful for who have skin care problem,If we take some basic care then we never have skin related problem, Some more basic skin care tips which you can use for care for your skin, drink plenty of water,avoid fast food, have sound sleep, dont use soap for ur face,Wash your face twice a day with warm water and a mild soap made for people with acne, Gently massage your face with circular motions, Don't scrub,Eating the right kind of food can do you more good than any medicine.

You also want to wash sheets and towels regularly, because your skin contact with these items on a regular basis. The detergent to wash them, you are not allergic to, so your skin is not allergic to the detergent chemicals.

Skin is very superficial part of the body and we have to take care of it properly because it protects our whole body in very well manner.Always clean you skin with the fresh water.you can go for the skin Massage also.Milk and Fruits are good for the Shiny Skin,Regular clean up and Facial is required to remove dead skin and the cells.Always eat healthy and balanced food in your daily diet avoid the junk and the oily foods.

If your skin has a strong tendency to dehydration, lack of oil and has a few gaps, if any, shall be considered as dry. In the worst case of dry skin lacks flexibility and can be extremely sensitive to the Sun, wind and low temperatures. Wash your face daily with cream cleanser and hot water. Rinse with warm water and pat dry the skin. Using the toner with firmly and leaf of dehydration. Avoid toner and make-up, which contain alcohol, alcohol-based products, the effect of drying on the skin.

There are so many skin care tips are available in market. You can also use a best herbal cream and lotion for good skin. Mix honey in water and drink daily in the morning to keep your skin shiny and smooth. Drink a lots of water every day. Eat green vegetables and fruits. Always keep smiling.
