This another exquisite python project aimed at conveniently editing the program user interface language.

For SYMBIAN OS7 and OS8.1, these files came up with extensions of .rsc
Although, this program has capabilities to edit .app files to a great extent, concentrating upon its key function, it has been named rscEdit.

This sort of program has been tried out by various python developers/groups all over the world. I cordially thank all of them. Specially the ZnTx team based in China, and the CepTeam based in Turkey.
Their pioneer works have helped to achieve this success.

Functions:

1. can edit .rsc files.
* translate.
* add some new feature
* edit menu options

2. can edit .app file
* edit file paths and directory
* can fix certain bugs
* may even help to cr@ck a few app, (you need to have expertise on Hex mode)

3. Can interprete a Hex segment. can encode into hex mode.
