So.. My app can add/edit apps for Welcome App.
New SmartStart, but builded-in

I cant add shortcuts, i cant edit Welcome functions! I only can edit Apps for it!
use keyboard for moving app up-down (4 and 6), jump 10 elements up-down (Left and Right) and jump to start-end (2 and 8 )

Using py libraries : appuifw2,e32,os,miso,codecs,re,sys,laa,struct (attached)
