David Suchet CBE is an Associate Artist and Governor of the Royal Shakespeare Company, and a multi-award winning actor. He has featured in many documentaries, including In The Footsteps of St Paul and Being Poirot. A Vice President of the Bible Society, David Suchet has made a 80-hour-long audio recording of the entire NIV Bible for Hodder Faith.

Born a Jew, Suchet became Christian after reading a hotel room Bible in 1986. Recording the Bible in its entirety has been an ambition of his for decades. In April 2014 after recording 752,702 words, his dream was realised.
