Bread Cheese Chops
Bread Cheese Chops is one thing I grew up eating. It is just so yummy that you can never eat just one. Time with your loved ones will be more cherished with this snack. Plus, it takes just 25 minutes to make. So, let's gets started!

Ingredients:

?Finely grated Cheese - 100 gms
?Finely chopped Onion - 2
?Finely chopped Coriander - 1 bunch
?Brown Bread
?Digestive Biscuit or Breadcrumbs
?Chilies - 2 (optional)
?Salt to Taste

Method:

1.Mix the grated cheese, finely chopped coriander leaves, onions, chilies and salt together.
2.Take the bread slices and cut out the edges.
3.Dip the bread in a bowl of water and squeeze out the water from it. You can dip it in milk as well.
4.After squeezing the water, add the filling into the bread and then close your palm and mold them together.
5.To bind them together add the chop to the bowl of digestive biscuit crumbs. This will stop the bread falling apart. You can opt for breadcrumbs as well but in my opinion the digestive biscuit gives a nice crunch to the Bread Cheese Chop.
6.Continue the same procedure with the rest of the bread slices.
7.Then in a pan heat oil and then fry the Cheese Bread Roll for about 2 minutes on each side.
8.And there you go. Your Bread Cheese Chops are ready. Serve them with tomato sauce and notice how the filling just melts in your mouth.
