Hello everyone I am COSMO SCOTT and here are a few interests that I pursue. I am an accomplished Guitarist, have interests in all scientific fields, and am currently pursuing my 2nd degree;my first degree was an A.A.S. in Social Work as a Chemical Dependency care professional; I am in my senior year working towards my B.S. IN Psychobiology with a minor in the premedical studies. My interests involve a wide spectrum of scientific endeavours, so its no surprise that my strength lies in research and technology. Past research was involved in Aspartame (Nutrasweet) toxiciity studies, with a firm belief that the data compiled over the last 20 years would motivate the FDA to do its job, (protect americans, and indeed all people, from the strong indications that we are dealing with a severe potential for long term increase in cancers (most notably brain cancer) worldwide if this moderately toxic food additive (over 20,000 products) is continued to be allowed into the human food chain. Future research ideas center around problem solving ideas that will utilize the enormous volume of new scientific knowledge to help improve quality of life for all species in a overpopulated world. Earth Sciences,Astrobiology, the Food Sciences, and development of cleaner, yes free energy sources, its no longer 'CHIC' to be an enviromentalist it has now become mandatoty for our future quality of life on this special Planet. One capable of developing complex life forms. For all to understand the Earth and our effects upon its limited ability to maintain our aggressive, selfish misuse of all its resources. We "ARE" on the edge of a precarious precipice, that if our "collective" destructive behavior does not alter, than 50 years is on the positive side of a prediction for the demise of man, life however shall continue to flourish as it always has, by the laws of nature. If the Earth Dies, we die. If we die the Earth will continue to live. Sad (for us) but none the less invariably true. We must become loving stewards of the Earth if all is to be well, and more unlikely yet loving appreciative stewards over each other for me to visualize a successful outcome of the mess we surely have placed ourselves, and all life on the planet Earth into.
