According to me in present time Samsung is giving a very tough competition to the Nokia.It ha already surpassed the Nokia in Smartphone segment.

If you want to buy a touch screen mobile phone then only go with Samsung. Samsung is world's best mobile brand which is selling millions cell phone daily, its also so much popular in the world for its touch screen mobiles. So my vote is going to samsung. If you have sufficient money then try to think about Samsung Galaxy SII, non beatable smart phone.
