Thats because you have official firmware on your psp. Try and install a custom firmware (I use M33) and then this should work

I was skeptical at first also, but it works great, and is bug free! If I had the chance I would install one on every system out there.

Do you have custom firmware? If you don't then get it then dosbox should run.
