I'm sure you folks have probably seen plenty of egg dish recipes on here by now, but I just wanted to add the one that I whipped together last night. It turned out great.
12 eggs 1 can salmon (deboned) 1.5 cups broccoli (chopped pretty small) 2 TB whipping cream *mix in cheese if you like to up the cals. I didn't use any in this dish following spices add to taste... Old Bay minced garlic (I used tons, I LOVE garlic) italian seasoning dill (compliments the salmon really well) salt pepper Preheat oven to 350. Mix all iingredients together and place in a heavily greased (I used butter) caserole dish. Bake for 1 hour or until center is solid. I quartered it and made 4 servings at approx 500 cals each. Here are the macros... Total: Protein -163g Fat - 144g Net Carbs - 7g Cals - 1976 Serving: Protein - 40 Fat - 36 Net Carbs - 2 Cals - 494 This is almost my wife's total daily calories. Extremely easy on the pockets... $2.49 for 18 eggs, $1.50 for a can of salmon, $2.00 for a HUGE bag of broccoli. Can't ever say that it's too expensive to eat Keto
