MMOs for PSP, Maybe

MTV Multiplayer talked to Sony Online Entertainment president John Smedley about the possibility of Massively Multiplayer Online titles for the PlayStation Portable. They caught up with him after his speech and panel about the future of MMOGs at the recent New York Games Conference. Smedley said of the PSP:
We think it’s a world-class device… In the future, we see full MMOs that are designed for the PSP
In the meantime, though, he envisions integration of PSP content into existing or soon-to-be-existing online games, such as training content or minigames that can be done on a PSP, while the main game would still be played on a PS3.

What does everyone think? Personally, I find that second idea of PSP content for larger online games more intriguing than PSP-specific online games.
