My kids love these & I got tired of crappy rips full of blurs, blocky frames and audio skips.

XviD 2400-2500 Kbps *this may be overkill but I wanted a clear picture*
640x480, 4:3 aspect ratio

Mp3 256 Kbps LAME 3.97 HQ Stereo 48KHz

Some are larger than 700M - I burned them all to DVD-Rs for my DivX DVD player so this size is not a problem for me.
