Pranksterz is basically a puzzle game set against the backdrop of a disgruntled neighbor/employee looking to play pranks on their neighbor/boss while recording them for a television show. This includes things like cutting the legs off chairs, throwing a banana peel on a slick floor, and putting soap in coffee. The more pranks you pull, the angrier the boss gets and more appreciative the audience gets. Figuring out what pranks to pull and in what order to pull them to get the biggest comedic punch is the challenge.

The concept of the game is similar to previous episodes; however, visuals and graphics have been greatly improved. Pranks have become more sophisticated and the enemy is much more artful.
