Hello, I am newbie in using vbulletin and i hope this is my first uploading theme..
I am from Malaysia.. Any1 from Malaysia?

welcome to themers club

you can Ignore the version 3.8.2 and upload the skin , but you should revert some templates ... not a problem at all

so you can use that theme
